1) Where do you ship?
We currently ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will appear before you place your order.
2) How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4) Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
5) Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, we’re unable to change or cancel it.
6) What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise noted). Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
7) Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, or marked as final sale. If an item is non-returnable, it will be stated on the product page.
8) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
9) My payment didn’t go through—what should I do?
First, try again or use a different card/payment method. Some banks may block certain online purchases for security reasons. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us and we’ll help troubleshoot.
10) Why was my order flagged for verification?
To protect customers and prevent fraud, some orders may require verification (for example: billing/shipping mismatch, high-value orders, or unusual activity).
If verification is needed, we may request confirmation details before shipping. This helps keep transactions secure.
11) How can I contact support?
Email us via the contact form on our site. Our typical response time is within 24–48 business hours.
12) Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different size/color, contact us and we’ll advise the fastest option based on stock availability. In many cases, an exchange can be handled as a return + new order.
